Not true anymore. As of September 23rd SNKB has blocked access to funds on Epassporte Visa credit cards. For the last few weeks, wire would work only for funds on the VV; money on Visa Electron could not be transferred back to the VV. As of now, funds on the debit card are completely inaccessible and Epassporte denies any responsibility for this. See sknanb.com/message.htm

You have to contact SNKB or maybe even Visa for any furhter information; Visa is talking bullshit, and SNKB has promised to make an announcement until September 30th. If SNKB is still refusing to even display the balance on our Visa Electron cards, it might become necessary to report this robbery to the authorities. This might become fun.
