Yeah! People outside US can only withdraw by Check! The problem is that check is sent by simply mail! So, if it never arrives, you need to wait about 6 months to get a new one, because PayPal says "This check can not be stopped" (I dont know why, It happened to me some years ago and it was delayed about 7/8 months to get a new one and cash it).

There are big programs using PayPal (FriendFinder, CeCash). I think FriendFinder has the PayPal´s OK, Im not sure about CeCash but they used this option for years!
