I don't understand why sponsors can't pay via Paypal as It is so convenient for ALMOST everyone. I'm aware that they don't allow adult but all you need to do is setup a mainstream domain and pay affiliates a bit secretly who want to get paid via Paypal. No need to mention anything about adult and paypal won't catch...

Yeah! People outside US can only withdraw by Check! The problem is that check is sent by simply mail! So, if it never arrives, you need to wait about 6 months to get a new one, because PayPal says "This check can not be stopped" (I dont know why, It happened to me some years ago and it was delayed about 7/8 months to get a new one and cash it).
There are big programs using PayPal (FriendFinder, CeCash). I think FriendFinder has the PayPal´s OK, Im not sure about CeCash but they used this option for years!Comment
