The powers behind the Amero always get what they want. The same powers that set up the European Union and pushed most of Europe to the Euro are already setting up the North American Union and planning the Amero.
The long term goal is to have continental unions that will gradually have their laws brought together until eventually they can all be merged into a one world government under the control of the UN
