The point of my post was that rules regarding appearance for the most part are bullshit. Nothing wrong with a guy having long hair and playing sports. It's how he presents himself, and trust me, I've seen some guys with short hair present themselves far worse than guys with long hair.

And it wouldn't be telling the coach to fuck off, it would be telling the governing organization with its archaic rules that he is telling to fuck off.
Hopefully your kid never gets an offer to play for the Yankees.
