Nina, your banner is 480 wide. Try lowering it to 468 wide, and you shouldn't have a problem

It may just be me and I am only being honest here but I think that your gateway page is way to much

I would be ok with it inside after I got credit for my click(or even an enter or exit con) but 40 'Free' links on the gateway page leaves to much room for lost clicks.
