Also, I don't know if you watermark your fotos/videos, but if you don't, start doing it ASAP. Make sure to place at least two HUGE ugly watermarks on each photo and video, both at the top and at the buttom. When your content is watermarked like that, it makes their life harder, because rewatermarking will make your stuff almost unviewable, if they don't rewatermark they cannot use "we didn't know where it is from" excuse etc. And if they post it like that, you have much stronger case in any disputes, or at the very least you get good brand name recognition.

I recommend using huge watermarks not only for your newest stuff, but to reencode older videos/photos too and watermark them like motherfucker. That's purely passive defence of course, by no means it is going to solve all of your content thief problems, but it has it's value too.
