As far as ePassporte being "finished" - the company may not be, but their virtual visa likely is finished.
On the bright side, it's looking as if those who are willing to fill out forms and provide personal ID along with proof of residence (drivers license, passport, birth certificate, utility bill, car registration, etc) may get some, if not all, of their virtual visa account funds back, eventually.
However, ePassporte users, especially those in various eastern Europe and Asian countries, who can't / won't provide personal documentation probably will get nothing.
