This was in no way his fault. He's doing his job and trying to help out anyone and everyone he can before the bottom falls out.
Maybe I'm not as pissed because i'm not as emotionally and financially involved as I only had $3 in VV at the time shit went down. By some miracle I made my last withdrawal an hour or so before it all went down.
