Gotta give it to the bank for creating a dedicated email and phone line. I have no money lost in this but truly hope everyone gets every dime back.
This is the most positive news that has been released in the last three weeks, I hope that the bank stands by their word. They did post an announcement rather quickly and held to that promise.
I'm wondering if the negotiations failed or if ePass was given X days to come up with all the documentats so they were VISA compliant and just couldn't do it thus forcing the accounts over to the bank.

I tend to listen before I act. If the bank has the $$, that is a good thing. They adhere to some sort of banking laws. So when the rush on the bank settles down I will call them and they will tell me yes or no as to getting my $$.

I agree with others here....this gives me some hope of getting my money...let's hope it will be easy enough (not having to jump through hoops). Luckily my card is in my real name so I am hoping a copy of my passporte (without the e!) or something will be enough to get my card turned back onComment
