i'm not going back there - AVG popped up three trojan/virus alerts and I hit the 'Heal' button and it healed whatever it was successfully.

Yeah I actually just saw that and fixed it. someone logged into the ftp and changed the html... got the firewall back up (it was down for a few days while i was moving some stuff around)....
