Maybe he is following instructions from legal professionals who instruct him on what updates to give and what to keep silent, because people LOVE to pick apart everyone's words, like you've done, people love to kill the messenger, as you're trying to do, and people love to nit pick at the tiniest things and make the biggest fusses out of them.

Which would fall under the shady company part of my post. I don't love to pick apart posts, but do grow annoyed at the sheer ignoring of all clients asking the questions. At least have the common decency to post I am sorry but I am not at liberty to talk about that. At least in that case you are acknowledging the question and its legitimacy. This type of arrogance is going to be the death of Epass in the end, whether they solve this mess or not IMO.

You don't see the guys with tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars caught up in this mess crying loudest. I bet half of the whining babies in these threads barely have $500 in their locked VV side of epass. But they cry the loudest.

Actually I did see them, and I know of more not on this board who now have taken their business elsewhere. You don't see them crying because they have the power to strike and can wait it out in legal procedures if needed, unlike the small fish who need their cash. However, I fail to see what it has to do with my reply to Micheal O's statement. As far as I am concerned it is just as bad to ignore a small player then to do so with a large client. Their questions are the same and equally valid.

You're warned when you open the account that if you keep all your money over on the VV side, it could be compromised when someone steals your card. Do you heed that caution? Fuck no, or else you wouldn't be crying.

Totally besides the point, re-read my reply.

I played my card right, kept no more then $300 on the VV side, and I have a whopping $37 stuck over there. I'm happy I was able to do the ACH transfers I did to get all the rest of my money out of there, which is a couple thousand dollars.

I played it better and didn't use them at all since they started. There! I have the biggest dick! On a serious note, it is not about who's at fault. I am not accusing Epass or its Rep of anything more then not doing their job in informing their clients. So again, your points may be valid but have no bearing on the subject at hand.

If you get bit by the fucking snake hiding in the grass because you ignored the giant signs saying "You risk harm if you walk in this grass", that's YOUR fault, not anyone else's.

True, but thats no excuse not to go after the snake now is it?
