If you follow crime profilers you'd know that a lot of these kids may not have the capacity for rehabilitation. Sex offenders can almost never be cured. If this was done for any sort of sexual excitement then for sure they may not be able to be rehabilitated. As in.. they all need to be put to death. It sounds fucked up, but when you look at the grand scheme of things.. there are like well over 6.4 billion people on the planet, a few less aint gonna hurt nobody.

Unfortunatelly it isnt an isolated occurance. Police video footage (check BBC orso) has shown many incidents with gangs beating up people for fun and kicking their heads whilst they are already knocked out on the streets. It even shows police being attacked.

We got a serious issue here, worldwide, but it seems we lack the organisation and motivation to come together as a group and tackle this. Especially a lot of laws protecting the criminal instead of the victim cause difficulty in prosecution and should be rewritten.

It's more about the ACT of what they did. It's not as gruesome as it is sad, and FUCKED UP.

The video is the actual new story that ran so it starts off with an anchor woman setting it up. Then they show parts of the video. The MAIN part features a girl that they refer to as a 'slow learner' or something. Either way, she seems to have a slight mental disability. It's all sort of shot from behind her and when they do show her face it's blurred out. She's wearing a thick fake furry coat and all we can see is her hair from behind. We can also see she is loosely surrounded by about 15 boys.

They call her names and say she's the ugliest girl ever, and they are just taunting and teasing her (at first). Then it shows like other parts of the video where they toss flares onto homeless people and other stupid shit.

Then it 'says' that the boys convinced her to perform a 'sex act' on one of the boys. Then one of the boys throws her bra into a tree, and they toss her jacket into some muddy ditch or something. Then they try lighting her hair on fire. When that doesn't work he pulls out some sort of aerosol can and tries to torch her hair with the 'lighter and aerosol can' trick. She's clearly crying and not at all into this mental and physical abuse. All the while the boys are all laughing and taking pics with cell phones, and still taunting and teasing her. The boys refer to her in the video as "The Victim."

Her father is on the news in tears almost talking about how humiliating it is as a father and how bad he feels for his daughter. And begs everyone that owns the DVD (yes these idiots were selling their criminal acts as a DVD) to destroy it.

In general it's just a very disgusting display on behalf of the boys part.
