                                                                                        I just got a quote for around $2,000.00 for blinds/shades for the windows..

                                                                                        Me as the owner should I do this?? Or leave it to the renter to do blinds??

                                                                                        Styles and looks are so personal I dont want to lose anyone just beacuse they dont like the shades..

                                                                                        But it also seems like they are needed. And a awfully spendy item for a renter to pay for.

                                                                                                                Custom blindes are fucking expensive. I think we spent 3-4 grand for them in our new house. Ones with room darkening etc for certain rooms that face the east during sunrise... Personally, I would let the renter put them up.
