    GGW founder in jail now...

    Girls Gone Wild mastermind Joe Francis was taken into custody Tuesday morning in Panama City, Florida, four days after a federal judge ordered him behind bars for contempt of court.

    Tom Miller, a spokesman for the U.S. Marshal's office in Pensacola, confirmed that the 34-year-old soft porn purveyor was nabbed at Panama City International Airport as he arrived in town on a chartered jet around 7:30 a.m. to surrender to authorities. He was transported to the Bay County Jail in downtown Panama City, where he's currently waiting to be arraigned.

                          I don't understand what all the big deal is. From what I understand he's being sued by seven girls who somehow exposed themselves when they were under the age of legal consent. The footage was never used, and when their age was discovered the footage was destroyed.

                          The only ones who are in the wrong here are the seven women. They misrepresented their age. The only people who did anything wrong are these seven women who are now sueing Joe?

                          What a wonderful world we live in.

                          Joe is doing the right thing by turning himself in. He'll be out as soon as this is resolved; Perhaps even by the time I sit down to eat dinner. Their attempts to make him out to be a "big bad pornorgrapher" seems to have failed. Even on CNN last night they were saying he's in the right - and this judge is off his rocker.

                                              Yea it is funny how a Juvenal can be tried as an adult for cases like murder and can be found to have acted like an adult so are treated like an adult. However them "acting" as adults and lying about there age and exposing themselves is somehow someone else's fault.

                                              It's one thing if he went out and tricked them into being on video, not knowing what it was going to be. However GGW is pretty damn well know and anytime they have been around here it's advertised on the radio a week or two in advance. Those girls knew exactly what they were doing.

                                              Bunch of BS really. If they misrepresented their age it's their fault not his.
