                                                The whole point that many of you are missing is the this type of content has been run into the ground what people want to see is a fresh face!
                                                The problem is that there arent enough fresh faces in the business and when one pops up it only flys for a short time and then sales drop down back to where they were once at the bottom again.
                                                We all know the standing of a models age should be 18.
                                                However what you have to realize is that there are alot of underage models being filmed through out the world even as we speak!
                                                Even more surprizing to you is that there are alot of people who would purchase these films and even market them.
                                                My advice to every webmaster is to check your trades and check your trades trades because even though you may not promote such things chances are you are only a few sites away form someone who does!

                                                                            Tho not surprised girls under 18 are shot under very varying circumstances (some of which are totally legal in certain jurisdictions). There is the magical US concept that 18 is the legal age, but that can vary a little.

                                                                                                        Another factor is... tho this is not directly associated with the adult industry - stuff like CP is not necessarily distributed by paysites in the normal sense - a large volume is via pedo to pedo over the net. (These people are often in close contact with each other - birds of a feather). Ironically also, is that around 50%+ is sitting on US servers and hidden away in strange places - suprising when their supposed to be a reasonable degree of monitoring. Basically the volume is too much and it's not possible for LE to manage it.

                                                                                                        To actually "manage" all net imaging when you consider the volume and diversity of sensitive content - it's a nightmare :-)

                                                                                                        Add to that the diversity of laws over a range of countries and it becomes impractical. Eg... the US does allow content such as "Little Lupe" (struck down in.. think 2002 by the Supreme Court), but it would probably be illegal in Canada, the UK and a fair number of other countries.

                                                                                                        What there is now is monitoring of websites by LE in various countries - they "know" real porn when they see it and what is otherwise. But this is again limited in how much they can physically monitor and there can be tendencies to concentrate on more probable offending websites. The public report websites, but again - a fair amount of that is not actually illegal or borderline, but it uses up LE resources checking it out.

                                                                                                        Again.. there are more urgent issues than CP - bearing in mind this is an offense normally following on from more serious offenses, and resources can get diversified towards the more serious issues.

                                                                                                                                                                                I'm hearing a lot of people chiming in with the "but shes legal age so who cares" comments and I don't think that was the issue in question at all. I don't think anyone is questioning HER right to do the work she wants to do. The debate is the way the company who contracted her decided to style her and the website they built around her. I took a look at the Spanish version of her site and she doesn't look overly young in those photos. The LittleLupe site was clearly designed to present her as a super young looking girl.
