Gezz you fuckers still think their is a chance in Hell this company will pay you or even stay open. They took your money to pay bankruptcy debits, you will Never see a fucking dime. You can try to sue this company but I would do it quick before the bankruptcy takes that option away. That is why they keep dragging this out the longer you wait to file a lawsuit the less chance you will have that option soonComment

I am not disputing your statement at all, but...
In MY case, I have a good relationship with my bank. Even though its a busy branch in a big city, almost everyone that works there (except for the part-timers) knows me by name. This may be because I visit my branch at least every other week. I have investments, RESPs, RSPs, gotten loans, opened accounts, closed accounts, asked for advice, etc. I actually get treated quite warmly by the people at my branch of TD Canada Trust, come to think of it.
The few times there's been a problem, the branch called me in advance and it was worked out without interrupting my business.
Its called building a relationship. A bit of face time, a smile, and a pleasant word goes a long way.Comment

Look file a lawsuit or Shut the Fuck Up, they will not voluntarily pay you now or Ever. The longer you wait the less chance you can even do that ones they have formally filed for Bankruptcy and been granted this option they no longer have to pay past debits.

Oh, I agree that the time for legal actions are imminent.
However, suing before a bankruptcy filing is a waste of attorney fees usually. The lawsuit or any judgment would be stayed in the bankruptcy and most likely any action or judgment discharged by the bankruptcy's conclusion like any other bad debt would be.
The only value of any lawsuit, or threat of a lawsuit, would be forcing some settlement in lieu of or prior to a bankruptcy filing.
e.g., "playing hardball," "taking no prisoners" ...Comment

Well, I understand your conception perfectly, but since when I'm required to be on a short leg with employees in order to get a normal treatment from the organization? To get some extra - may be, but just to get what they are supposed to give... You do understand what it means, when your account is blocked and no one tells you this until comes the moment of some important and may be urgent payment? It's not like I'm checking every day if it's blocked or not. It's not supposed to be blocked. It's not a normal situation and I expect to be notified about it.
Currently I have 4 bank accounts in different parts of the world. Not all banks are like that one, indeed. Some pleasant experiences also took place. I was just saying that there are banks that can do shit like that to you.
And by the way, I'm polite to everyone who has not yet proven to be not worth it. Does not matter whether I need something from them or not.Comment

Sorry about that, then. I understand now that English is not your first language, and I had a bit of trouble understanding your original meaning. I think I understand now, though; You have had problems with financial institutions that are based in foreign countries.
My take? If you're rich enough to be spreading your funds amongst a variety of financial institutions in a number of countries, you should be rich enough to either hire someone to manage that relationship - or rich enough to write it off and walk away when things go south.Comment

Ya like some have said you guys are sad, how many company's in this 'industry' have to pull crap like this before you realize as soon as funds are frozen their is No recovery. They always say this BS on how they are working on it until people just give up, then they shut down and normally try to reopen under another name. Normally unsuccessfully.
The funds where permanently gone from the First day, and the company never had any intention of returning them.
What you should be posting about is legal action, and lawyers that have gotten some results that is your Only hope. But frankly a bankrupt company has no funds...........Comment

Creating a plan and basically auto suing at the first sign of 'frozen funds' or any excuse is the best plan going forward. Its always a lie, as soon as someone says that your Fucked from day one.
Can you name one company that had 'frozen funds' then paid people the money they owned them? I can name many that said the same thing just in the past few years and No one ever got a dime.
