Fucking dumbass is you. Visa can't lock money on your bank account in any way. Only bank itself can lock money.They don't have access to Virtual money you fucking dumbass, over 2 weeks and you still don't know that?
If your money is in your wallet then you can wire it, if not then there is ZERO you can do to get your money and you have to play the waiting game and shut the fuck up.

95% of my $$$ is in my epass wallet ... sent a disbursement by wire request on Sept 4, got a reply on Sept 6 with the forms and all. uploaded the forms and IDs as requested on Sept 6. its showing in my epass that the form has been received on the 7th and got an email as well that my request has been forwarded to their account verification department and that i should be getting an update in 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS ...
today, Sept 21 is the 10th business day. so if i dont hear from them today i'll be shitting my pants
im just a regular guy with a non-biz epass account with a huge amount in my epass wallet. so we'll see how they treat regular accounts...The die is cast...

The problem with this is that you are speaking of money that was in your wallet. You were told from the beginning your money was available to withdraw, and although it took longer than normal, you basically went through the same steps to withdraw money that you normally would. That is a completely different scenario than the people who have money in VV. No one will tell us ANYTHING about it except "it is complicated and the money is in motion". In other words, no one has a CLUE where the money is, who is in control of it, if it will ever be disbursed, or if it even technically exists. You HAD a basic ETA, you went through the process as normal, it just took longer. Once people started getting their wires, then others waiting thought, Ok, judging by that, I should get mine in XX number of days. That is not true for VV people. They can't request shit. They can't transfer it to someone as payment like you could. It is frozen, and a few people feel that now that wires are going out, the VV people are pretty well forgotten. Wallet people are happy and have moved on. This issue happened 2 1/2 weeks ago and Mallick's last message basically said 'don't call anyone, don't ask questions, just shut up and wait"
Chris talks down to epass holders like they are stupid and incapable of understanding the situation (it's complicated) and has refused to tell anyone where the money is (it's in motion). I suspect you can get a whole lot of meetings done in 17 days, and I suspect that if they could not resolve whatever issues they had in 17 days, they aren't going to be resolved. In situations like this, the more time that goes by, the more hopeless the situation is. As Chris said in one statement, he has enormous expenses and no income coming in. We've requested wire for xx.xxx.00 at 3rd of Sept, morning at our business account.
Money of'course in the wallet.
After numerous calls and emails wire was not processed during 15 days. The form was
sent few times (thru Michael as well).
It was ePassporte business account. Wire was LOADED before to business
epassporte account at 2nd of Sept. Therefore, we've requested our BANK to cancel
wire. We have received reply from epass bank that they do not authorize wire
cancelation.
So its really strange - they do not process wires because they are "overloaded"
with a requests and they deny our cancelation request which has been sent
