    I can't believe it, they picked the wrong fucking guy for spiderman movie!

    so im in the theather last week, and I see the trailor for spiderman.....
    now mind you, im sort of buzzed cause ive had a few beers....and as soon as the trailor for spiderman comes up, me and my friend turn to each other and yell at the same time "they picked the wrong guy to play spiderman"

    this is a travesty. The guy thats in the movie is that kid who was in wonder boys.....he fucked up that movie, and hes gonna fuck up this movie

    the casting director should be shot. fucking ididots

                              it wasn't a great movie.. but it was good.. and i frankly do not believe it's got the worst writing you've ever seen.. for a starters you seem to have believed the "duece biggalo" pissing loudly makes you dick sound bigger thing... so maybe you wouldn't recognise good writing if it fisted you anyways... stick with the SNL spinoffs..

                                  Peter Parker was supposed to be a loser geek, so they picked the right guy to mimic that stereotype.

                                                              Jamdin - I was about to post the same thing. If you haven't seen it yet how can you bitch from a trailer? The trailer for Star Wars Episode I was named the #1 trailer of all time but look how the actual film is remembered. Until you see it, it is hard to judge how he plays the character. He may just surprise everyone. I for one think he fits the role and I'm looking forward to seeing it Friday.

                                                                      it's not about being cool, or NOT being a loser geek.. just tobey is a weird choice in my mind because of how incredibly reserved he is.. im not saying he's not going to pull it off. and i do think it's way fucking cooler than getting some hunky love interest prat like prinze jr. (like every sci-fi movie ever fucked up by keanu).. i dig getting the geek out.. but he's always played such a hesitant morose character.. thats what suprised me..

                                                                          I think he was the perfect choice to play the geek that is Peter Parker...he's not like Superman, who is basically an alien and already had these "strengths" as a kid...he's just a geek who gets bitten by a radioactive spider.......that was and is the appeal of Spiderman...he's just a dorky loser who goes through this miraculous change....and becomes a superhero...besides, the "action" scenes of Spidey are all cgi anyways....

                                                                          I've already bought my advanced ticket for Friday.......I can't wait to see Sam raimi doing what he's good at...horror and comic book type movies...enough of that romantic chick flick shit like "For The Love Of The Game"........we need a Raimi helmed "Darkman 4" since 2 and 3 were such utter shite...........
