I agree, banks are a dime a dozen and if this was a bank, everyone would not be getting the poor updates as they have been for the last week or two from epass.. My comments reflected a brief scenario of a situation I encountered and how I handled it and that I would not use epassporte in the future, if in fact I were an active client. I am sure that there will be some people who need to use them and will continue to do so despite this situation.
I once had an account with epassport, in which a situation occurred where epassport could not provide a good explanation for their actions regarding my money, it made me suspicious and uncomfortable so I left my money and never looked back.
Even if epass pulls through this, quite a bit of trust has been lost at this point and trust is not something that is earned overnight.
