'industrial strength blogging" means I have a big site that is updated with content daily and a lot of moving parts.
I use custom type post for each of my sponsors. If I am promoting XXX affiliate then my post will have XXX affiliate ads in the sidebar widgets.
Thesis has hooks that can be used anywhere on the site, page or post.
