Honestly, I would not....
I had problems with wells Fargo bank a few years back, they put our deposit of a substantial amount into someone else?s account and it took over 4 days to get it corrected.....I immediately closed our account once the problem was corrected.
My situation was not even close to the present epassport situation and I didn?t even think twice about cutting ties with the bank.
