Just a little update here,
I got my real credit card verified and i was able to withdraw all my wallet money to it. It took around 4 days for the money to arrive in my card. I am in Europe
I am now clean with Epass, good luck to everybody else withdrawing everything from there!Comment

I hope Epass get their stuff fixed, because they did great job for all of us through all these years and it is damn convenient payment solution for the whole industry.
Everything is dead now and we are back in the 90s with check payments and expensive wires
can't pay for design, can't pay for traffic, can't pay for a hardlink..
I have some faith.. If they were to shut down, noone of us would have withdrawn anyting from there..Comment

News? A small wire I requested from business account at 3d of September has not been even processed. Not speaking about bigger wire from non-biz acc, requested later. 7 days my ass. It's obvious now, that Epass does not have available money for all. They are just sending wires to some big shots. Assholes.Comment

Business wire - as usually. I have requested a lot of them in the past so I'm pretty familiar with the procedure. Always been processed in 1-2 days. Now it 2 weeks and no result. It was just for 3K. I contacted them 2 times already, but they keep answering that they are overwhelmed with requests and cannot process it yet. I'd say it's a bullshit, because they have time to process all those multiple documents they request.
If they could not process that small wire I have no hope about essentially bigger amount I have in non-business account.
The replies come from Michael and someone named Jeffrey O'Brecht.
They don't have enough money for all. I'm tired of making up theories, the funds may be temporarily blocked, may be lost at all, I don't know. All I can see - they don't have money available to pay even everything they account for at wallets, not speaking about virtual visas for present moment.Comment

a lot of people got their wires already... on the other board, some people got their 5-6k wires easily...
I believe epass guys that are overwhelmed with the wires.... tens of thousands of accounts, imagine 10% requesting wire.... a lot of work for sure.
But, I am sure you'll get your wire soon... patience is a virtue

I don't panic, I'm just reporting the real situation. They paid big figures to some people, apparently to all those who recently wired the money in. I did not doubt they would do this from the beginning, why would not they if they had them? But I doubted I would see my own hard earned money. And now my doubts seems to be coming true. I won't die over it, I have other accounts, indeed. But money don't come easy nowadays. That loss is substantial.
I know guys who were using Epass as saving account and they have 40, 50 or 60 thousands there, accumulated for years. It's not likely they can easily earn those money all over again considering that our biz is going very slow recently. And all they can not withdraw the money from Epass. Verified cards are not working for withdrawals because they are from "restricted countries", wires are not going out.
This is a situation as it is for now. Epass is fucked up and we are fucked up with it. Probability that it will recover and we get our money is dropping every day. I'd say for now chances are still 50/50, but at the end of month if they don't restore normal operations it'll be 1 to 10 against.Comment

I'm not suggesting anything. All I can do at my position - is just sit my ass off and prey to god I do not believe in. I already depleted all possibilities I could use. Submitted all the docs, wire requests, verified cards (only to see they are not working for withdrawals). I checked if I could open a checking account in US. Regrettably if it's even going to happen the time I had to wait for it leaves no hope that by the moment there will be anything to withdraw. Or epass will restore it's operations by that time, so there is no really point in this.

Actually, if they really wanted to return money to people, they would start writing personal checks. It's not that hard at all, big sponsors send thousands of them so I suppose the process is quite automated. There is no need for address and id verification for that - you just write a check that can be deposited only on the same name and send it to the specified address. Instead they fuck everyone's brains with verifications, each step takes exactly 1 day if not more, and after all is finally verified in the end they send nothing.
It's obvious that they are trying to hold time. I don't know what's with their accounts, but it looks like the majority of money is blocked. Not only virtual accounts money but a lot of wallet money as well, it seems.

Oh, god. We are speaking here about wallets all the time, not vv. VV is blocked for sure, that what's epassporte told straight up. The problem is that most of people can't get even what's in wallet, despite the assurances of epassporte that those funds are available.Comment
