So what happens if some dousche does NOT comply with the DMCA? And he gets "multiple" complaints from the same party? And what if these DMCAs are not "legit", just someone fucking with another person?
You see, what disturbs me about this magical "DMCA" cure-all is what if someone says 'fuck you I ain't taking the shit down'? Then what? Everyone acts like the DMCA is a magic wand from Gandalf that will fix everything. LOL Now sure, it's easier to just take shit down (which is why everyone just does it) but what if they DIDN'T? I've always wondered.
