Also depends on family situation. If your young and married and planning to have kids it better to pick a good school district area and buy.
I'm also in a situation where my son in college and my daughter is in 11th grade. I have 2 years left and plan to move so its stupid to buy. Evn if I bought where I want to move in 2 years it makes no sense cause i may pay less 2 years from now lol
