Generally renters are scum. Even the ones in class A properties that rent for $1500+ for a 1 bedroom.
Places like NYC or San Francisco you have to rent if you want location because the property owners generally hold on until they die.
Other places if you fail to buy and you have over 40 years old you are pretty much a loser that failed in life.
