Also, the propaganda that black men have bigger penises stems from slavery, and the Klan. It was used to play on the sexual insecurities of white males in society to inflame them, and justify hundreds of years of brutal treatment and hangings up through the late 1970's.
The Racist literature and drawings that were used in those days was meant to imply that black men were abnormally large (Lips, hands, penises,) in order to make them more animal like and as such should be kept away from white women because of a perceived higher libido.
The myth plays on the most basic of insecurities, and was perpetrated so repetitively for hundreds of years that it still has an effect on white men today.
If it was never continuously brought up by white males, odds are, it would have already gone down in history as an old wives tale a hundred years ago.
That statement and the myth that goes with it, is a continuation of a brutal racism that goes back 450 years.
Now that you know, maybe you will think differently when you make that statement as a joke. You are basically perpetrating the racist propaganda of your fore fathers that obviously has an effect on you today.
