What is your fav image resize (in Kb's) tool?

Not exactly sure what you mean, but I use Image Magick to resize and crop most of my pics with server side scripts. Aside from that, Photoshop is used to edit on my pc.

Ulead Smartsaver is my favorite too, simple to use and awesome results, I use it to optimize all the thumbs on my TGPs.

I love it... I do excellent thumbs with Smart Thumbs and Imagemagick
