If they use a factoring company as it seems from info posted here I see that as a good sign. Visa will probably hold funds 180+ days minimum for settlements and chargebacks/credit issues, and epass is trying to free up those funds earlier to be released to wallet or maybe new cards on another network, for example mastercard.
Bad thing, all the postings around the net will make this process harder for epass.Comment

i just got a request by epass wire department today to send a wire withdrawal form for a lower amount then my previous request, since i made some p2p transfers in the mean time, though they assured me that i don't need another approval, since my transfer is verified. does that mean they are sending out wires today or they are just buying some more time?---

i'm sure they are trying to stay afloat, but every day they stay open without revenue they are bleeding money. there will be a time limit to how long they can operate without revenue. once that happens it will be silence and lawyers, and it seems like it's getting there soon.Comment
