And also i heard the Mercedes is loosing on the market, going down....

I've bought a Mercedes for my girlfriend last month. This is our first mercedes ever and we love it. I'm gonna buy one for myself too, CLS was my first choice aswell but I've decided to go for the SL (cabrio/hard top).

It's definitely a step up from the 300C you are driving now I'm sure you will LOVE the CLS. It's the best looking MB in my opinion!

both, the cls and the e 63 amg are BRUTAL.

killer-cars with a great interior and nice looks.

no audi or bmw on the market yet that is as close as fast (ok the r8 maybe but it is a sports car)

If you are over 6' tall they are difficult to get in and out of because of the sloped roof design.Like already posted,the backseat is to cramped to accomodate 2 adults.
I test drove one before I purchased this E55amg last summer.
