    Company A
    Big Company, Big Popular Name, ok pay, you won't be able to attend too many shows anymore, and can't get too crazy when you do..
    You'll be closer to your family.

    Company B
    Big Company, better pay, you'll still be able to attend most shows, you can get a little crazy, you'll be working by the beach..but far away from your family.

                  think which might be better for you after say 3-5 years. Which is more likely to lead you toward your comfort zone or where you want to be, all things considered. Personally, i would take B. You can use that "better pay" to go visit your family here and there or bring them to you since you're near the beach.

                                              If I had to work for someone else, which I don't like in general, I'd go for A.

                                              Money and fun is nice, but at some point you'll realize that your friends and family are much more important. Hookers, party, beach...it's fun for a few months or years, but it certainly doesn't make you happy for the rest of your life.

                                                              Whether or not I can go to shows would have practically no impact on my decision, lol. Sorry, just not a priority amongst the more important things in life.

                                                              It all depends on how much you "need" your family really. Some people need family in their life, others are ok with a few times a year. I like my family just fine, but visits work for me.

I opted for something that was more like plan B, even tho I kept my company, the project I signed on for requires a move cross country. Luckily I can still come back to LA every few weeks for my daughter here and be in FL for my daughter there. Go with your heart dahling, Plan B may be a means to an end, with you ending up in the driver's seat of your own company.
