The Russian thing was way out of line and that guy should have been banned immediately, joke or not.

So why take it out on Michael? The ONE who has been answering as many questions as he can?

Would you rather he make a statement that was false just to hear something from him? That would be much more harmful and I'd imagine cause some legal issues.

Often times if there is a legal issue, lawyers will ask for nothing to be said at all. This may well be the case. Michael is just a man and he's doing his job the best he can.

I know in the past, he's helped a lot of people. Me included. I had some verification problems with my account a long time ago and he went above and beyond to help. He's always been the one man out there helping us in adult the best he can.
