indeed i agree, this is starting to get ridiculous i had faith but ive lost most of it...
I only had a few hundred in there to lose but its not that so much its more what will i use as an alternative..? Cheques are annoying but i suppose them, however because im not in the US, there will be a 3-4 week delay which means im pretty fucked money wise in the meantime

Unless you get checks made out in AU$ you're looking at 2 weeks mail plus 6 weeks to clear.
Bankwire takes 24 hours usually. Aus banks call it telegraphic transfer.Comment

Well the telegraphic transfer option isnt great, its usually like 20-50 USD and considering i promote a lot of programmes and btw my income isnt huge, not really worth it. You know a lot about Australian banking!

Even if Epassporte is able to get Visa back, so much damage has been done to their reputation, that they'll just be a shadow of the company they once were. Once people are able to withdraw their funds, people are going to pull their business from Epass so fast, it'll probably crash their site.Comment

I have requested on Friday wire transfer from e-wallet, uploaded the papers, still nothing!
Today I got a new email i must upload the papers .. This is just a waste of time. They ate buying time ....
I have in 1,800 $, and I cannot just sit and wait. I do not understand that everyone is just sitting and swallowing that loss! The sponsors sent us real money and we must look where money is!

I agree with blofer80. No matter what you guys say, but once ePass gets back everything will be normal. I am sure 95% of people will continue on using it, like there wasn't a problem. Maybe won't keep a lot of money there, but definitely will use it.

I sent in a xx,xxx wire request on 9/3, 10 days ago. Nothing received yet. I called on Friday and they told me that they were backed up and were having to do all the wires by hand since "the whole system was shut down." I'm not sure what that means but it definitely doesn't sound like a problem that's contained to Visa.
I've tried to read through as much of this monster thread as possible but haven't seen anything about a wire out being successfully received. Has anyone received a wire (not ACH or CC transfer) yet??Comment

I think it hinges on whether or not they get those cards working again... no cards and I think they will take a hit they cannot recover from. If they get the current cards back to fully functional I think they will remain the standard for the industry. However they have opened the doors for competition that they just did not have before
