They've posted in previous threads that only people who've been joined with the program received the mailing. (not sure why that wasnt reitterated, but since I remember it I'll help them out here).
Also, it's perfectly legal and normal to receive mail, email, and phone calls from companies with which you have an established "relationship". So really, it's not spam, or junk or telemarketing in those cases. You implicitly agree to receive such things by law.
I dont care for it because I think the internet works alot better, especially for internet based business. Plus the reasons I've posted with my number being swapped with my neighbors across the street on a regular basis. (the difference is I and l, They look similar or exactly the same in some fonts)

I never even thought about offending my neighbours in the 5 or so years I've been receiving mail to my home. Why would someone else open my mail? I would never open someone's mail.
