geeeeezuz ... idiotic shit! my buddy who regged my oldest domain for me YEARS ago when HOVER was still domaindirect changed his isp and made all the changes needed to switch ownership to me (name, addy, blablabla) ... but their bugass shit sends a verification to the email my buddy no longer uses
but now to the idiots part - to access their help forum and other help features you NEED TO VERIFY YOUR CHANGES which is impossible now! how fucked is that? no ICQ support, no way to submit a ticket ... and no reply to my mail

The reason I say that is because I know a person that had almost the exact same problem with networksolutions. It was impossible to work it out on their site or via email, but once he called they were able to fix things for him. There is a 1866 number on their site.
