They are holding money that they can be earning interest on while their customers are losing interest and may be costing customers far higher credit card or loan interest by the day.

Customers knew they would not be earning interest when they left monies in their EPASS account, but in the case where the money is held by Epassporte (or their agent) and can't be withdrawn by a customer and either placed in a customers interest bearing account or pay down a customers debt incurring interest, Epassporte should be compensating them for the loss.

IF EPASSPORTE DOES NOT CREDIT EVERYONE AT LEAST PRIME INTEREST FOR AS LONG AS THEY HAVE STOLEN YOUR MONEY (CALL IT WHAT YOU WANT) THEY SHOULD BE RUN OUT OF BUSINESS.
