As long as $0.01 is still in motion on that (visa) account St. Kitts bank will "NEVER" open up the account to epassporte management. NEVER.
Once "each and every" visa transaction is cleared and all transaction costs are paid then and only then St. Kitts bank will open up the account and Chris can move the funds to a "new" debit card partner.
Think about it what you want.

Wishful thinking. Many report that incoming wires in recently months weren't being sent there, but rather to some other bank. See the problem
