                                                                                      Random sidenote he got contempt for failure to engage in meaningful settlement. The order was was suspended pending an unconditional settlement but he reinstated the order in an emergency hearing Wednesday after attorneys said Joe had altered the conditions of the offer, making it unacceptable to their clients.

                                                                                      It was not for bitching at a judge and this was a civil case not criminal

"Meaningful settlement" is a vague concept. If he walked out because the plantiffs offered the equivalent of him "shooting himself in the head" then who is actually at fault...

If he is an owner you would think he would know better then to say shit like that. If you look at the sites they have it is plenty of spreading and hardcore. He promotes it, so he can't knock someone else for doing it.
