Setup your SEO and offer the biggest and best of the web's full length tube movies daily to their inbox. Let them create their own email address @ pornographymail.com as well as maybe a little social and interactive networking. Maybe a message board. Host nothing at all other than links to tube8, keez, pornhub etc and blast them with a daily or bi-daily email to their inbox upselling cock pills, get ripped crap dating and cams.
No need to surf the tubes, do it for them. 5-10 movies daily maybe 1 in each category... ebony, big tits, gay, shemale, teen etc.
