                With the cards not working, there is little reason for anyone to load their accounts (or at least as much as before) and the amount of money circulating in the system between those still accepting this is finite. Keep that in mind guys...no sense risking more money then is already stuck in this system.

                                                                            If I could access my funds in Anyway I would transfer them to the Bank, so not sure what funds people are to pay with? But I will sell my epass funds in my account for .50 on the dollar/ Have 3k in funds, will sell for 1500$
