There is no corporation that I cannot keep quite legally on the verge of bankruptcy and that condition will pass any IRS audit. You may be correct that an LLC would better suit your purpose, especially if your accountant is conservative in his/her apporach to expenses and deductions.

One thing though and that is that this country is in one Hell of a mess and political infighting does nothing to help us dig out of the hole which we as citizens, have allowed BOTH major political parties to throw us into!

If the citizens do not get their shit together in ten years this once Great Nation will look like the worst possible Third World shithole and I don't think any of us want that! It is realy past time that we ceased the bickering and find ways to rebuild what is left before there is nothing to rebuild!
