Dude, I can set up a corporation so that no one on the planet can find out who's really running it without a damned good reason, accompianied by a subpoena or search warrant. Try that shit with an LLC!

I can also tell you how to keep a corporation absolutely broke, if not in the red, such that the corp owes no tax and maybe even have losses to carry forward. I can tell you how to avoid the double-taxation which may affect certain corporations, depending on how payouts are handled.

I can also tell you that LLCs are much more easily considered to be "closely held" by courts, which can blow the corporate veil all to Hell and back in a hurry.

I can tell you that everything I've mentioned is also 100% legal!
