To merge accounts you need to do that:

1- go to the sponsors that offered Payoneer payments. Try to locate the "Get Your Payoneer card" or something like that.
2- click on this link, that will redirect you to the "sponsor" page on Payoneer site.
3- On the right, you will see "If you have another card, click here to login" or something like this.
4- A new form will require your payoneer debit card number, username (email) and password.
5- After login, the account will be merged. You can login and check on the right if the new partner was added ok to your card.
You will need to press the button "save" on the sponsor to process the changes.
I think it needs an active card, because it requests the card number, so If you just joined and still didnt get your card, you will need to wait until get it and activate it.
