    Hi all

    let me start by telling you guys why i decided to open a celeb paysit :
    As a celebwebmaster myself and a member at several big celeb paysite, I started getting tired of the same shit.
    As a member I thought the pic quality was too poor , movies was too small and interesting sets where never shown as they shouldt be - in full size and complete sets

    as a webmaster I grew tired of never having my input valued, when i yelled : the new tour really really suck - or we desperatly needs new banners, the old ones are like 3 years old

    But it end here ! I'm still submitting , still running tgps and freesites, so I myself want new stuff

    The site contains video captures and movie clips - paparazzi pics, premiere poses, oops shots and more <-- what a site shouldt have

              you have a little problem on your site. You have Micha Barton's title twice. The second one looks like it should be Naomi Watts

                                              I have a question, how can submitters submit to promote your site? If we use celeb content isn't that copyrighted? Where do we get free content to promote celeb sites?

                                                  well, that is the one problem with celeb sites. The only site that I know of that has legit content is mr.skin who actually has deals with a lot of the studios and I guess you can use a certain number of screenshots if you are using them in a newsworthy manner which is why Mr. Skin's pics all have some kind of information about the person in them on the picture itself. Don't quote me on any of this though. Otherwise people are just using other people's copyrighted pictures. The question is will they get caught? There are a ton of celeb sites out there and a photographer would have to spend all their time and money tracking down every site that is using them then sending C&D letters for them so many of them just turn a blind eye to is.

                                                  the question is do you want to roll the dice and hope that you don't use someones image that really gets pissed and decides to sue you.

                                                      i belive that all i show i under the fair use and the newsworthyness treaty
                                                      and under my laws any captures / edits / collages that is 100&#37; under newsworthyness, fair use, and I hold the copyright, no matter where the images comes from..

                                                      5 or 7 years ago there was a case with a guy who had made 2 edits from playboy and altered 2 other images allso from playboy, where he made the tits bigger - he won as he holds the copyright

                                                      regarding the epass : that 1% is removed, that was a standards thing from the affiliate script i had missed - epass is free and wire cost what it cost.. and thats it.

                                                      in a months time, i'll be moving to bi weekly and then later to payout on epassporte once a week if people wants it
