Why don't you find a coder who is willing to partner with you, rather than looking for cash to pay someone to do it?

No, the script will calculate the PageRank value you obtain from your trades on a daily basis and rank trades/hardlinks accordingly.

The SEO features will be really very valuable and save websmasters that care about Search Engine Traffic a lot of time and provide them with the tools to obtain even better rankings and more traffic.

Well, SEO is becomming more and more important to webmasters. SE traffic is one of the most valuable traffic sources on the internet.

The SEO traffic trade script will provide webmasters with the tools to be able to be loved by Google and other SE's.

Regarding SEO knowledge, I happen to do have higher level SEO knowledge available (white hat/legal) that will get Google to love websites more then others. I've designed systems to get new domains/websites provided with a Google PageRank value 6 within 1.5 months and top 10 rankings within just 10 days.

I am able to do it, I've spend my time studying SEO for the past 2 years, not focussing on money but instead on SEO results.

Also this project will be a study project for me.

If anyone would see a market available for a true top SEO Traffic Trade system, then please contact me. It will be one of the best applications/services existing on the internet today.

Whitehat ? Come on Yes, it's possible, but by no means without buying links or using shady techniques. For top 10 rankings: Getting one with newbie bonus is easy, staying there long term is an art.

Positive SEO results mean money, if there is no money in a search term, noone does SEO for it.
