              It fixes issues with bluetooth, adds game center, security fixes, increases speed on 3g and 3gs, small increase on 4. I had the developer release for sometime now and its pretty damn good.

                                                                                              Fine here. Proximity sensor seems fixed and the new "HDR" pic mode is interesting. Not sure it is 'real' HDR, but it certainly stops the blow outs the camera delivered before this.
