So I was on this huge crusade after JJ stiffed me for my 15k, making posts on these boards and creating a bit of an uneasiness in the stomach of Jason Forrest. After my posts on GFY I got multiple emails from JJ's "Friends" and enemies alike. I had, and still do have a ton of dirt on this guy. So after a few of my posts, my phone rings. It says "PRIVATE' on my caller ID, I know instantly who it is.
The conversation went something like this:
"Mike? It's Jason" - JJ
"hey, JJ what's up?" - Me
- dude is freaking out - hard to understand him.
"You will never get one red cent, people will be getting paid, but YOU will never get one red cent - you understand me?" - JJ
" JJ, calm down, yelling isn't going to change this situation" - Me
"I have contacted my attorney in Atlanta and we are going to prosecute you criminally and Federally for posting my passport picture and taking this too far." - JJ
- I forget all the charges the yelled at me, but the one that really made me chuckle was when he told me he was going after me for "blackmail".
Yes, Blackmail.
So after a few more minutes of him freaking, by the way he is EXTREMELY paranoid, we both calmed down. I agreed to stop posting about him, and he agreed to pay me. Yes, he told me he would pay me.
Basically he said he sold his programs to a Russian hedge-fund and that they were in breach of contract because part of the agreement was that they keep making payments to webmasters. He kept telling me that he wasn't supposed to be talking about any of it, repeatedly. He said that he was meeting with them, this was more than 2 weeks ago, about what was going on, and to see if he could get things ironed out.
Things seemed pretty calm and I even joked about his $800/month gas bill by asking him if "he cooked JEWS".
So regardless this was the story that I was told. I was hoping that he would send me my payments - but I guess he's a bigger thief/liar than I thought.
I still think it's hilarious that he called me.
