    Could someone tell me how to "Telnet or SSH"

      on windows...
      click on the start button
      click on run
      type "telnet" in the run dialog box

      now you have a telnet term.
      type "?" to see the diff commands avail to you.

      connect to a site like this

      open www.hottropicalbabes.com

          Ummm....
          If running window

          go to start run telnet

          then

          open yourdoamin.com

          then

          enter the password when it asks

          SSH is almost like connecting to FTP. Grab a client from download.com

              If you are on a unix box

              ssh -l YourUsername whatever.com

              or download PuTTY for a good windows SSH client. Its free.

                      Damn, you guys just telnet from dos?

                      Ack, how can you stand the emulation?

                      Just the thought of it makes me feel dirty and unclean.

                          Lots of things can't be done from telnet gf. ssh allows more command options etc, but not all hosts allow it, or you have to request it specially. ;-)
