          to tell you the truth this post lacked a climax. you presented a story, showed your anger, but in the end saying you'll tie someone to a rock and throw them in the pool doesnt pack the punch you would have expected. i would suggest next time you be honest and offer him a hug and have a latte together.

                                                      Easy to tell his work compared to yours. Slaughters are in focus and color correct. Maybe you shouldn't build a site based on his images and then slam him. I also noticed your brouchures used his images as the center image.

                                                              Yes i paid him in content trade for those images. My site is FAR FAR from his stuff. Pink Kitty has 200 sets on it and im got 20 sets from him.

                                                              Yes hes a good photographer but to owe me over 7000 bux and duck me makes him a great scammer also. He could have least shaken my hand and said we will work something out or ANYTHING.

                                                                          There is another photographer who posts here often who not only owes me 7 grand but spent the money on the very gear they are currently using to produce content for others. When I contact this person about work to make it up, they avoid me or tell me they will get back to me....Then nothing.

                                                                          To top that off, it was an outsourced job because I was too busy to handle it all. I've delivered everything to my client that was promissed expect for what was outsourced. My clent is fully aware of the circumstances but at the end of the day....I'm still the person who is responsible.

                                                                          It's been a year, give or take, and my patience is wearing thin.

The person/people involved in my situation never intended to fuck me over. Unfortunate things happen to good people but as I stated....They continue to produce for others using equipment that I paid for and my patience is growing thin.
