A few years ago I was looking at non-PayPal places that also had international support, and AlertPay did look nice back then. Do you know if they process adult?

Sticks in my mind that the associated fees are around $750 USD.

the question is: do the need to process adult? i mean B2C?

or do they just need to let people allow to do transfers of money that was generated in adult - B2B

but no idea about both - someone please ask them ;)

i'm using Alertpay and it's pretty good. BUT they DON'T have their own debit\ATM card!!

So I doubt the US government is going to insure them, but without a Visa or Mastercard option don't see them as option anyway. Looks like Payoneer is going to be the new option of choice.

All monies deposited with AlertPay are FDIC (Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation) and CDIC (Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation) pass-through insured in the US and Canada and are held with federally chartered and regulated banks.

but after the answer above you might be right about Payoneer
